Acceptable Use and Compliance Policy
1. Lawful use required
You may use the platform only in compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations, including laws relating to securities, commodities, derivatives, stablecoins, money transmission, consumer protection, privacy, cybersecurity, sanctions, export controls, fraud, and market abuse.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Using the platform for fraud, theft, deception, market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump activity, unauthorized access, or misrepresentation.
- Issuing, marketing, listing, selling, transferring, or redeeming regulated assets without required authority, registration, exemption, licensing, approval, or compliance controls.
- Using the platform to avoid securities, commodities, stablecoin, sanctions, AML, tax, reporting, or money-transmission obligations.
- Uploading, advertising, or distributing unlawful, infringing, malicious, misleading, or abusive content.
- Attempting to bypass KYC, AML, sanctions, tenant policy, broker policy, geographic restrictions, wallet controls, account limits, or compliance gates.
- Interfering with cloud services, APIs, node providers, blockchain networks, smart contracts, KRC-20 infrastructure, Fireblocks services, Kaspa tools, Kasplex tools, or Token Depot systems.
3. Asset and offer compliance
Users, Pro users, tenants, and operators are responsible for ensuring their tokens, offers, campaigns, redemptions, claims, coupons, stablecoin references, product listings, entitlement tokens, and tenant-branded services comply with applicable law and the rights of third parties.
4. Platform enforcement
Token Depot may remove, hide, suspend, restrict, or disable accounts, offers, campaigns, tenants, wallets, pages, documents, integrations, or access credentials when needed to enforce this policy, protect users, comply with law, prevent misuse, or preserve system integrity.
5. No obligation to support prohibited activity
Token Depot has no obligation to build, host, support, restore, index, display, transmit, or process activity that Token Depot believes may violate this policy, applicable law, third-party service rules, or network requirements.
