Hosted Server Lease and Tenant Service Addendum
1. Nature of hosted access
Tenant service access is hosted software access on Token Depot-controlled or approved infrastructure. It is not a sale of software, not a transfer of infrastructure ownership, not a sublease of AWS services, and not a grant of cloud-console, root, operating-system, database, signing-key, or secrets-manager access.
2. Tenant use
Tenants may receive access to configured pages, dashboards, branding, wallet tools, offer tools, entitlement tools, or operational settings as authorized by Token Depot. Tenant access is limited to the functions, users, brands, networks, and features approved for that tenant.
3. Infrastructure rules
Tenants may not scan, attack, overload, bypass, copy, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to Token Depot systems, AWS services, Fireblocks services, APIs, keys, secrets, logs, routes, data stores, wallets, tenant data, or other users’ accounts.
4. Availability and maintenance
Hosted services may be interrupted for maintenance, security response, upgrades, bug fixes, cloud provider events, third-party outages, network issues, compliance holds, or emergency action. Token Depot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly applies.
5. Suspension
Token Depot may suspend tenant access, operator access, public pages, offers, campaigns, or integrations for nonpayment, misuse, legal risk, security risk, violation of this legal packet, or third-party service requirement.
6. Data and exit
Data export, tenant offboarding, retention, deletion, and transition assistance are handled according to the applicable written agreement, operational policy, and legal requirements.
