How Token Depot handles account, wallet, tenant, compliance, and service information.

1. Information we may collect

Token Depot may collect account contact information, login information, profile information, wallet addresses, wallet metadata, tenant affiliation, offer and campaign activity, entitlement records, support communications, logs, device/browser metadata, network metadata, and information needed to operate, secure, audit, and support the hosted wallet software.

2. KYC and compliance information

When KYC, AML, sanctions, broker review, tenant review, or compliance screening is required, Token Depot or an authorized tenant, broker, provider, or compliance partner may collect or process additional identity, business, jurisdiction, risk, verification, and transaction information.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to create and manage accounts, provide wallet and tenant services, verify access rights, operate subscriptions and entitlements, process support requests, enforce platform rules, protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law, maintain audit records, and improve service reliability.

4. Sharing

Information may be shared with authorized tenants, brokers, service providers, cloud providers, compliance providers, payment or fulfillment providers, legal or professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when needed to provide services, enforce agreements, protect rights, or comply with law.

5. Blockchain information

Blockchain data is generally public, persistent, and outside Token Depot’s control. Wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, token activity, and related metadata may remain visible on public networks or third-party explorers.

6. Security

Token Depot uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate for hosted wallet software. No system can be guaranteed fully secure, and users must also protect their own devices, credentials, keyfiles, passphrases, and sessions.

7. Retention

Token Depot may retain records for account administration, security, compliance, legal defense, audit, tax, dispute resolution, and operational purposes. Retention periods may vary by record type, tenant, broker, jurisdiction, and legal requirement.
