Pro User and Tenant Addendum
1. Additional responsibilities
Pro users, tenants, operators, merchants, and administrators must use the platform in a lawful, accurate, professional, and non-misleading manner. You are responsible for your own content, tokens, campaigns, offers, customer relationships, tenant users, fulfillment promises, regulatory status, taxes, and business operations.
2. Tenant and merchant content
You may not publish false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsupported content. Product claims, coupon claims, reward claims, entitlement claims, access claims, redemption terms, expiration terms, and customer notices must be accurate and legally supportable.
3. Regulated activity
If your tenant, offer, token, campaign, product, service, redemption, stablecoin reference, security, commodity interest, derivative, investment contract, or financial product requires registration, licensing, exemption, disclosure, custody controls, KYC, AML, sanctions controls, or broker/issuer involvement, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining those requirements before using the platform for that activity.
4. Customer support and fulfillment
Unless Token Depot expressly agrees otherwise in writing, tenants and merchants are responsible for customer support, product fulfillment, service delivery, refunds, tax collection, returns, chargebacks, customer notices, and regulatory obligations related to their own products and services.
5. Tenant configuration and access
Token Depot may configure, limit, suspend, disable, or remove tenant features, domains, skins, wallet settings, campaigns, tokens, integrations, or operator access if needed for security, compliance, system integrity, nonpayment, legal risk, misuse, or third-party service requirements.
6. No transfer of software ownership
Tenant or Pro access does not transfer ownership of Token Depot software, source code, infrastructure, intellectual property, route structure, wallet logic, tenant framework, compliance logic, or hosted service rights.
