1. Third-party dependency
The platform may depend on third-party services, networks, APIs, software, wallets, libraries, cloud providers, node providers, explorers, indexers, custody providers, compliance providers, payment or fulfillment providers, and blockchain ecosystems.
2. Required compliance with third-party rules
You must comply with all rules, policies, acceptable-use terms, developer terms, licensing terms, network rules, and service restrictions that apply to your use of AWS, Fireblocks, Kaspa, Kasplex, KRC-20 tools, wallet libraries, browsers, APIs, domains, email services, and any other third-party service used in connection with the platform.
3. No misuse of third-party systems
You may not use Token Depot to abuse, overload, attack, bypass, reverse engineer, scrape, spam, evade restrictions, misrepresent identity, violate licenses, or interfere with third-party systems or blockchain networks.
4. Changes outside Token Depot control
Third-party providers and blockchain networks may change fees, terms, APIs, uptime, supported assets, transaction rules, indexing behavior, wallet support, security requirements, or availability. Token Depot may change platform behavior when needed to stay compatible or compliant.
5. Third-party failures
Token Depot is not responsible for losses, delays, display errors, failed transactions, unavailable features, incorrect balances, compliance holds, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, public networks, user devices, wallets, browsers, or infrastructure outside Token Depot’s control.
